Doug made the entire house buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. He also has a vast network of connections, contractors, and etc. that he has no problem sharing with you should you need it. I wouldn't want anybody else in my corner negotiating on my behalf other than Doug.

I asked Doug to help me sell my house in August 2019. He was great and walked me through all of the steps necessary to sell. The pictures he had taken of the house were amazing, which is probably why I had so many showings - at least 1-3 a week.
The taxes made my house a bit harder to sell, but with the help of stagers that Doug set me up with, and a lot of showings and broker open houses, the house finally sold.
Doug also helped me find a great place to rent while my house in Saratoga is being built.
Doug was amazing to work with - he knows everyone, knows just what to do to best market and sell your house, and he will ALWAYS be available whenever you need him.
I would highly recommend Doug to anyone who is either buy and/or selling a house.

This is the second time in five years we used Dougs services. Both times were great. Easy to work with and responsive to calls. He also helped us find a relocation specialist to help with our move. I would use Doug again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.
