That initial showing didn't work out, but Savanah understood my needs and was able to advocate on my behalf from over 400 miles away. She helped us negotiate a aggressive home offer during an extremely tight market period and in inclement weather, turning my weakness (required to close no earlier than 80 days after offer) into a strength as part of the negotiation.
