Not only did Kristi make good on every promise and work extremely hard to get me to the closing table so I could purchase my first home, she also has been there for me after closing when I need anything at all. I used this realtor to purchase my property. But I will never use her again. She did nothing about her promise. She is a liar. In order to encourage me to buy an E-heating house. She told me she has a 4000+ sqft house and only paid $250/month for the utility with e-heating, which is the coldest winter. There was a spigot that needed to be fixed by the seller. I requested to fix it before closing. She told me the seller wouldn't fix it. Then I said if the seller doesn't fix it, I will not buy it. She told me that she would pay for the fixing from her own pocket. I saw the seller gave her $200 for that fixing in the closing meeting. and she told me there is no other realtors who would pay for that fixing. When I found out the house is E-heating, I was thinking of walking out of the contract, she even didnt try to talk with the seller and threaten me they would sue me for the money. This realtor is such a liar, she promised me so many things and didnt do anything. When the first time to view the house. She gave me a code and let me go by myself. The second time for a more detailed inspection. She lied there was a traffic jam. I waited one hour and told me the code again to view it by myself. The house I bought was newly remodeled. Almost all the doors cant close properly. Even the front door cant be locked. And later I found that my range cant fit in because they left the space too small. On the closing, she talked to the seller she never saw such a good job for the remodel. When I found out the garage doesnt have an opener. She was afraid I would not sign the closing. She promised me she would ask her husband to install it for me. And after closing. She never answers me anymore. The reason I still bought the house is because of the other good things which I am not going to tell here. But anyway, this is really frustrating to hire such a terrible realtor. I just want to help the other home buyer will not have such a bad experience.
