Choice Realty and Lori Todd in particular is the worse realtor in America. She rented us a house that was filthy when we moved in and had lots of problems that were never fixed including mold and sewage. Then after we cleaned the house, fixed the landscaping which was terrible, she cheated us out of $400 of our deposit saying they cleaned the house and carpet and had to replace the locks even though we returned all the keys we had for the house. We brought in my daughter who has professionally cleaned houses to give it a deep cleaning and had someone clean the carpets. There was nothing wrong with the locks except her workman kept leaving doors including the garage unlocked. When we rented we were not told about the noise all night in the alley behind the house including people dealing drugs. We were not told about the leaks in the pipes that caused mold in one of the bedroom closets that they painted to hide. On our inspection we were informed by her agents that everything was good and we would probably have to only lose $100 for a hole in a wall which was there when we moved in. We filled and painted all the nail holes. Glad I put in security cameras while we lived there, because they catch everything. I am also glad we are out of that house. Between the mold, sewage, rusty water and the garbage disposal you were suppose to clean for them but never use because it was hooked up wrong and leaked everywhere I spent a year sick with ear infections from the bacteria filled water pipes and having severe asthma attacks from the mold and sewage. Whatever you do, don't do business with this crooked realtor. She will rip you off and cause your family serious health issues. In the end she will cheat you. Go to Carpenters Realty, because they have always been fair with us.
