We purchased this property Monte was selling 5/22/23.
we have a dock on the property and share a lake with a neighbor.
The dock is HEAVILY advertised in the pictures and was important to us upon making our decision. we had our realtor CONFIRM TWICE with Monte via text message and email in writing that it was ours.
After closing we find out that our neighbors built and own the dock and the land.
There are two conclusions. Monte INTENTIONALLY LIED TO SELL THE HOUSE or He is grossly negligent in his job and did not do any diligence to confirm which we asked TWICE. Either way I would not want to do business with such an individual. Furthermore after bringing it to his attention he ghosted our Agent and basically said tough luck which leads me to believe it was not gross negligence which is bad enough but an INTENTIONAL LIE.
