Shows how much you knowit was verified not to have termites. Just basic wood rot in some areas which was disclosed upfront and was easily fixed. Youre not a termite inspector. You dont know anything. Its common courtesy to respond to someone and lose the attitude. You brought your client to my house, you submitted a contract to me, and your buyers sought me out over the house. If you thought you were doing your job then you shouldnt have wasted anyones time with sending me a contract. What goes around comes around. Every other agent I have dealt with has seen my house in the same condition you did and called you unprofessional. Horrible horrible agent! 2021
I was contacted by this rep to come see the house. After the buyers decided they wanted to buy the house, Lana kept kept playing games with the contract. Eventually, I signed the contract and she said she received. That was the last time I heard from her. I tried contacting her about me preparing to move my stuff out of the house. I called her and she texted me during the call to text her. She proceeded to ignore me after I asked her nicely multiple times to ler me know what was going on. I had to track down and find out from the buyers that thwy couldn't go through with it and that Lana had not even submitted the contract or taken any money down. The worst most unprofessional agent I've ever dealt with. I guess you only hear from her when she is making money on you, other than that, she does not care about people or their circumstances. A quick call would have been the common courteous thing to do. I have been and would recommend, to everyone, not to use her. 2021
