Phenomenal. I'm a harsh critic so if I have praise this high, it is WELL deserved. Nothing for me to worry about from start to finish. Jason ("William") took care of everything AND KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT! There was a snag 100% the fault of the buyers title company, and Jason fixed it and got them on track with no hassle to me. Highest recommendation ever. He was dead on right with the sale price and gave me three options to choice from and it played out exactly as he predicted AND IT WAS UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS WITH 2 OFFERS!!! Jason is also so much fun to work with and a great guy. I've used him for a home purchase and a home sale and I'd never use anyone else for a sale or purchase in the D.C. area.
