Prior to finalizing our plans we looked at several houses with Ferdinand. He did his homework on every house and always had several details on the properties as well as the area they were located in. We ultimately decided to go with a build package where we worked with a local builder. Ferdinand was great during the whole process. He took the initiative throughout the entire build process to be the middle man and represent us when discussions with the builder were necessary. Working with Ferdinand was the best decision we made. We can't say enough about how helpful he was and how his experience in the business was a huge benefit. Ferdinand knew all the right ways to present the property so it would appeal to buyers as well as providing recommendations to buyers to show how this property could accommodate all their needs. He was experienced and helped us through the process of putting our house on the market and setting a price with a thorough review of the area and relevant comparisons. He was with us every step of the way through the process and kept in frequent contact with updates and thorough summaries of viewings and other issues. Ferdinand is an wonderful realtor! He helped me sell my grandmother's home shortly after her passing. With all the family dynamics involved, our sale was a bit more complicated than your average home sale. Through it all Ferdinand handled everything professionally and diplomatically. Ferdinand is knowledgeable and experienced. Our sale became somewhat complicated due to problems with the home, but with Ferdinand's expertise we were able to navigate and resolve the issues and eventually sell the home. From the beginning, Ferdinand was the type of realtor that went above and beyond my expectations. He not only made suggestions regarding what to do at the house, but then offered to either take care of it himself or to help me perform the task. He replaced a light fixture on his own at one point and helped me move furniture out of the home on numerous occasions. Since I didn't live close by, he always made himself available to meet contractors or to check on things whenever I asked and even when I didn't think to ask.
