All I can say is "Just Call Jo" !!! We were needing to sell my parents house in Joplin and we are from Oklahoma City, so I feared the worst for having to sell my parents house remotely. We started with a different realtor and had our home on the market for 6 months with 0 offers. About 2 weeks after hiring Jo and team, we had an offer. More offers rolled in, and 30 days after hiring Jo, a closing date was set - now my house is sold. She communicated with us the entire time and made everything EASY.
