We recently sold a home listed with Key 1 in Homosassa. Do not use Gail Cooper. She is a terrible Realtor. Poor communication during the process. Once we were under contract, she offered little advice on how to respond to a low ball offer. Literally said, do what you wish. To top it off, she authorized interior painting of the house without our approval then sent an invoice. If you are looking for an agent that will communicate well and work to get you the best price for your home, do not work with Key 1 or Gail Cooper. 2019
