When we moved to Lake Charles from Baton Rouge we signed an agreement with one of the biggest name in real estate business to sell our house. After almost 9 months with not a single offer we took our house off the listing and within couple of days agents from all over Louisiana were calling me and offering me their services but I was not impressed until I received a call from McCary Group Realtors. nMichelle Van Huss is their agent from Baton Rouge who came to meet with my son and husband at the house without any notice, I spoke to her over the phone. We were impressed with her knowledge of real estate market and their approach to sell the house, how they keep the seller updated once a week, her enthusiasm and her friendliness. We decided to go with them and signed the agreement and within 3 months our house was sold. n nMichelle Van Huss is one of the nicest person I have come across. She went above and beyond her duty as an agent to help us out. She checked on the house few times after the storm, informed me if we needed to cut the grass, noticed few minor things which needed to be taken care of and informed me. Not only that, she arranged for a handy man to take care of that. She also let me ship microwave to her house, arranged for it to be picked up and made sure it was installed in the house. No agent would do that for you, she saved us many many trips to Baton Rouge. n nI had an excellent experience with McCarthy Group agent Michelle Van Huss, she actually cared and went above and beyond her duty to help us out.
