I would highly recommend Marvin Mathewson or his Daughter Marcie either one. Exemplified professional skills from start to finish. Marcie held the open house and the house sold the first day. Seriously, working with Marvin during the sale of my home recently was one of the best Realtor experiences I have had when selling property. Marvin takes his time to make sure you are understanding the inspection, appraisal, etc..... Marvin is responsive in answering any questions you have during the process. The congratulations sign at closing, WOW, that was really special. I don't see where anyone could go wrong in working with Marvin in any real estate transactions. 5 stars!!
