This was a rather complicated sale as part of an estate, but Jo Ann was on top of everything, and kept me on track with all of the paperwork, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, and she continually checked everything along the way, to be sure things were progressing properly. She's also easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to any calls or emails.

Jo Ann made the process of selling my town home rental a lot less stressful than I was afraid it would be.
