I had the best experience working with Ken Dalton. Anything we ask of Ken, he tried his best to take care of what we asked, and he always came through. Threw Ken's efforts we got more for our house then we thought we could get, thanks to the efforts of Ken.
Ken was professional and courteous. He made himself available at all times of day to discuss the selling process and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home.

He did a great job listening to our wants and helping guide us to any options he could find. Also advising against houses wed present sharing considerations we had missed. His communications were prompt. Overall we felt he went above and beyond, and we have bought sold several homes. The whole process was extremely professional! Highly recommend and would 100% use again if moving in the area.

Ken helped us find our first house in Baldwin Park ... and it was no easy task. He was super accommodating as we toured countless homes in the area. When we found the perfect house, he negotiated swiftly and expertly so that we got the house (in the extremely competitive market). We had such a terrific experience that we didn't think twice about having him sell that house we moved several years later. Again, he exceeded our expectations and was able to sell the house for a good price despite the unsettled market due to the pandemic. If we hadn't moved out of state, we would've used him again to buy! It was a pleasure to get to know him and have him help us. A++++
