Working with Laura to buy a home was fantastic. She was responsive when we reached out with questions or wanted to go see a house. Not only did she have comprehensive real estate knowledge, but she was also knowledgeable about home construction and shared a lot of information with us about various structural benefits or issues in the houses we saw. When it came time to make an offer, Laura was helpful and patient as she walked us through the process here in Colorado and answered questions about the various aspects of the contract conditions and language. And, with her extensive experience she has collected a selection of referrals for all aspects of the real estate process, through which we found an excellent local lender and other contractors.
