Dawn was our initial contact and she effectively demonstrated to us why Templeton could provide a service like no other realty group. We weren't ready to list at first and Dawn was supportive. When it was the right time she was all in! After Dawn laid out the plan for us she sent her staging expert Kayla to our home. After her evaluation, we completed the requested tasks and she came back with her staging items and a professional photographer. The house looked better than new! Dawn strategically listed our home and set the date for the open house and did it ever work! Our home sold quickly and well above asking price. During this process, we also met with Meg who represented us as buyers and she took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs and was always available for us and straight-forward when it came to her advice. She helped us immensely when it came to getting the price and concessions we wanted. During the entire process, Kristina was always available for all my questions (and I had a lot) and she was driving the process when it came to signatures and other documents and task items. The relationships that Templeton has in the valley are extremely valuable and I always enjoyed seeing the faces of other realtors when they asked who our agent was.
