If we could give Steve 10 stars, we would! Steve got my parents top dollar for their home in less than one week. My parents have lived in this house for almost 50 years and were moving 500 miles away (translation: Old folks, LOT of stuff, LOTS of patience needed) and in less than one month, he coordinated moving, clean-up, carpet removal revealing AMAZING wood floors!!, pictures that we couldn't even believe were the same house, and a contract for thousands of dollars more than we thought they would get. Steve is a real estate GOAT.
