"Thank you doesn't begin to convey our feelings of making us feel at ease in the purchase of our new home and selling of our current home. We know this past week we felt that we were bugging the heck out of you, but you never made us feel that way, nor did we ever feel any question was too small or stupid! From Sunday to Thursday has been a bit of a blur, but man what a ride! (We listed on a Sunday and had an open house and got 29 offers, then went through each one and accepted with an over ask offer.) Yes,all the cleaning and repairing and planning has been worth it. Your write up of our home made us feel proud. You summed up what 30 years of living here has been for us (okay the water works are turned on now), so I guess I better sum things up. Janet found someone as good as her because our daughter did not have to make another trip back to North Carolina and she sold over ask, also! My wife and I contracted with Janet to list and sell our home because 4 1/2 years earlier we bought our first home (the one we listed and sold) with Janet and enjoyed the experience enough that we wanted her to be our listing agent. She was professional and thorough in her research that she presented when we contacted her about listing and she took care of all of the listing details so we just had to attend to the list of 'fix its' before listing. Her marketing had the viewings booked out for the first day and into the second the night it listed. We didn't need them though as we received and accepted an offer the first day of showings. Negotiations were smooth and quick and final wrap up was as painless as a house sale can be :) (Lots of hand cramps from all of the signatures if you haven't bought or sold one before).
