She listened to my requirements and did not waste my time showing me homes that did not fit my criteria. When looking at a home, Madelyn was thorough in her inspection and would point out things that were not advantageous which I would not have noticed. She could have easily ignored the imperfections and potential problems to make a quick sale but she had my interests first. She did a great job of negotiating not only the price but in getting the sellers to take responsibility for the cost of needed repairs. I called a few other brokers but all of them I needed to leave a message. Ms Madelyn picked up on the 2nd ring, and due to my critical circumstances, she made herself available later that day. I was impressed.
Ms Madelyn went above and beyond my expectations. I was in town for 1 week, and she made it all happen: getting a handyman the day we met in and getting it painted, replacing outlets,switches, and cover plates. The placed smelled strongly of smoke, she did the research and found the perfect solution.
The property was left to me when a dear friend passed away. Since I was in town for only 1week to get it all taken care of, Ms Madelyn helped me every step of the way. She listened to my needs, requests, what I was willing to do, and not, and the short time frame to get it all done. She understood the need to sell fast (but not to dump) since I couldn't financially carry two properties for long. The property was in below average condition, smelled of smoke and everything covered with nicotine.
I was also left with 2 male cats. I had called shelters, organizations, societies, etc with no success in getting help. I was so distraught, stressing over the cats that my whole focus was on them and not the sale. This is where Ms Madelyn SHINED the brightest and went BEYOND all any and every expectation!!!! Besides taking care of the sale, she also helped me with finding a home for the cats. It was posted on the company's website, on a neighborhood web site, and I'm sure on others. She made it happen! The cats, Sasha and Phillip, were adopted the day before I left to return home in N. Carolina!! Incredible!! No words to this day, can express my upmost gratitude. To know that my friends "babies" will continued to be loved. She fulfilled a dying woman's wish. How can anyone repay someone for that? I don't think another broker would have gone to those extremes. It was meant for Ms Madelyn to help me sell the property.

I has serious doubts about trying to purchase a Cape Coral home while living in New York, but from day one (and over the course of the next 7 months!) Madelyn is a outstanding agent. She is the one I found on the internet as a high performance seller in her area.
