Joe is incredible! We couldnt possibly say enough good things about him, to encompass how good he is at what he does. He vastly exceeded our expectations and thats saying a lot because he was highly recommended. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Joe will remember things you forget. Hell point out things youll overlook and hell inform you about things you are unaware of.
He guided us through every step of our buy and sell process, and he took care of everything. We didnt have to worry about anything! We had an incredibly tight window of seven days to move and Joe took care of everything so we could focus on packing and moving in to our new home. He even set up repairs and renovations for us, so we didnt have to worry about that.
In addition to being an amazing realtor, Joe also has extensive maintenance skills. He can point out things that will cost you money in the long run and he can give you an idea of how much those things would cost. He can also help connect you with some trustworthy contractors should you need them. He helped us out a ton with repairs and renovations. As a matter of fact, he still helped us after all the paperwork was signed. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he did, because hes a good person and he cares about his clients.

Joe is incredible. I was introduced to him by his team-mate Rick Pierce, who is also incredible. The short version of this review is that I would choose Joe (and Rick) again without pause and recommend him to my closest friends and family. My favourite things about him are: - He is super responsive and answered probably 1000 questions from me, never making me feel stupid for not knowing something. - He truly acted on our behalf, making the right steps to get us the best deal on the best home we could afford. - Respectful of our choices. Joe listened carefully and didn't try to change our mind on anything. When we would ask what our options were, he would lay them out and if we asked, he would also say what the pros and cons of each option was. - Available. Joe showed us homes late into the afternoon on his own birthday. I will leave it at that. - Even after the purchase, Joe has answered my questions and has never made me feel like I was imposing on his time. - A nice person. I sometimes get a bad feeling when dealing with Real Estate folks, and Joe never gave me that. I felt like he was the right person to help us make the biggest purchase of our life.
Joe helped us sell our home when my husband got an unexpected promotion out of town. Joe and his team handled everything for us so we didnt have to make a bunch of trips back to the citywe now live almost 3 hours away. Very prompt at responding and had our house sold within 24 hours. When Joe told me that his job in selling our home was to make it stress free for us I had no idea how much that he meant it. Starting with recommending a pre-listing inspection of our home he totally became involved in readying our place for marketing. We found him to be honest, trustworthy and resourceful. He has a hand selected group of artisans/craftsmen/contractors/plumbers/electricians/landscape and yard professionals who he can call on to make important repairs as found on the home inspection. He does an amazing amount of work himself at a fair and reasonable cost. He kept us updated on how the necessary repairs and cosmetic work were going and what would need to be done next. He kept an eye on saving us money and only did what was necessary and reasonable so that us and the future buyers would be well taken care of. He responded promptly to our texts and phone calls. He was invaluable help when it came time to purge our home in preparation for our upcoming move and gave advisement on how to sell furniture and other belongings. As guessed, after living 20 years in one place, we had much to either donate or send to the dump. He and Cody manhandled rolls of unused carpet, carpet padding, lumber, and anything else that we didnt need from our home and rental storage unit. The day that our home went on the market it had been rejuvenated and sold quickly. I cannot endorse and recommend Joe Jenkins enough. Weve sold our previous homes before through real estate agents but never have we had the service that we received from Joe. There was no problem that he couldnt solve during the readying of our home for sale and up to the day of closing the sale of our home. Clearly he took the stress out of selling our home and hes set the standard now for how we expect all realtors to support and communicate with their clients.
