I was in a deal with Stephanie Ellis where I relied on her to communicate with my agent .She proved to be , unresponsive,unprofessional would not return calls and helped the deal fall through. Ive never dealt with a realtor, who acted so unprofessional, and made the whole experience stressful. She also claimed her client would obtain a certain type of mortgage, but when he didnt she never communicated to us and this is what made the deal in the end fall through.
