I can't express enough how grateful I am for Janice being by our side during this process. She was the perfect combination of professional and personal and was outstanding throughout the entire process.
One item that is important to me is making sure I am aware of next steps and deadlines and Janice was proactive in relaying this information throughout the entire process. My fianc and I are first time home buyers and I felt confident the entire time because Janice laid out our options clearly and the various ways things could changes so we were always in the loop and prepared. I spoke with multiple friends and colleagues that were telling stories about how they felt completely confused the entire process because their real estate agent didn't properly communicate with them and all I could think was "Not with Janice."
I was also thoroughly impressed with her level of knowledge and received compliments from multiple professionals about her level of expertise. I was even told by me lender that he was impressed with the strategies she recommended because it showed him that she had no intensions of juicing her commission on the purchase.
At the end of the day my finance and I are beyond blessed to be in our new home and are so thankful to Janice that we plan on having her over for dinner as soon as we get the place furnished!
