The motto of Loretta Maimone is, "The one to get it done." In my opinion, she has undersold herself. She not only gets it done, she gets it done regardless of the circumstances. She gets it done by using the highest of ethics. She gets it done with compassion. She gets it done with integrity. She gets it done exactly as she promised. We had a difficult house to sell---very beautiful, but quirky. We listed it with Loretta just as the interest rates began to soar and buyers were becoming skittish. Yet, somehow, she was able to sell our home in time for us to keep our contract on the new home we had fallen in love with. She doesn't do it by herself, though. Her team is amazing---Catherine McKenzie is a pretty incredible realtor in her own right. She or Loretta (or another team member) attended all of our showings. Think about that. What realtor lists your home and then takes the time to show up even when it's another agent showing it to their client? Loretta and Catherine were always there---they wanted to be able to answers questions immediately instead of making the prospective buyer wait until their realtor reached out. A few years back, my wife and I purchased our first Florida home which was listed with Loretta.
Jump ahead a couple of years and when we were considering selling the same home, we called Loretta and she and her team jumped into action not to oversell us, but to be sure we had all the information needed to make an educated decision on when would be a good time to list, the strategy behind marketing the home and how best to highlight the homes best features.
As she and her team made us feel extremely comfortable with their ability to list our home to achieve the best return on our investment (more than we expected), we chose to use her and the team. We did ask for a short amount of time to address some final touches before the listing went live, and she accommodated our every request while also providing her insight on the items that would have a return on investment and those we should consider let go.
Once we were ready, her team was all set to go photography, listing info, networking with other agents, scheduling an open house the works. As our home was quite unique in layout and among the most expensive in the neighborhood, we were prepared to wait a while for the right offer, but Loretta was confident we would see interest quickly. She was right, and our property sold in 2 days.
However, thats not where the story ends. As we continued the process, our buyers had some issues that delayed the closing. Loretta kept us continually informed (days, nights, and weekends), and her team stayed on top of the buyers agent to keep things moving ahead.
