Terrible! Doesn't answer her phone, doesn't return texts, doesn't know much about her listing and in fact was factually incorrect about it, and doesn't want to show her listing either. And she literally pushes buyers away! How can one sell anything doing business like this? I've never seen a realtor like this in my long life. Good heavens!

Integrity! Beth lacks this entirely despite touting it as one of her business's founding ideals This listing expressed that "all offers would be reviewed by the seller on Monday." So imagine our surprise to discover the home went under contract on Sunday morning after viewing it on Saturday afternoon. Not only is Beth not a person who keeps her word, she also represents her clients poorly. We were working with our agent to write an offer for more money than the property closed for. A pity for the seller.
