Kristin is exceptional. Anyone can show a house - Kristin is a closer. When we finally found the house we wanted she went in to full lock it down mode and masterfully negotiated well into a Friday evening to get us under contract and beat out another offer. Once we were under contract Kristin was responsive and communication was great throughout the entire process - working well with our lender and rattling cages at a slow title company. In the end the process went smoothly and we closed on time on the house we wanted at the price we wanted.
