Stephen is an incredible advocate who possesses deep knowledge of the real estate landscape in Delaware and has a profound ability to explain complex or confusing things in the simplest terms. Stephen helped me buy a home in Delaware; the transaction (a 203K renovation purchase) actually took 6 months, and he remained engaged the entire time! He helped pressure the bank to move quickly while negotiating extensions from the seller (HUD) that a less experienced/connected realtor could not have accomplished. Stephen helped me find an attorney and even made recommendations on what renovations would get the most ROI. He also make recommendations for incredible contractors who ultimately helped refine the scope of renovations we chose to do.
Sadly, I went with a general contractor outside of those Stephen recommended, and it costed me dearly. My new house caught first 6 months after we closed in December. Stephen is the most competent, compassionate, and capable realtors I have ever met. Prior to working with him, I was working with a realtor who nearly made me give up my search. Conversely, Stephen held my hand throughout the homebuying process. He went above and beyond to liaised directly with my lender to drive us to closing despite the fact that the lender misled me and delayed the transaction for several months. Stephen offered round-the-clock availability, responding to calls, texts, and emails almost immediately, no matter the time of day.
Stephen was also highly consultative. He made great recommendations regarding the valuation of the property and the kinds of investments that would yield ROI.
