Brian made the home buying process simple and easy. From the initial search to final closing, he understood my needs and once I found the house I wanted to purchase, he was able to act quickly to ensure I took the necessary steps to secure it. He was knowledgeable and able to guide me in what I should be asking for and what I should let go in the negotiation stage. There was a lot that needed to be addressed from the inspection, but he was patient and professional handling both buyer and seller needs/wants.
