His patient and attention to details was unmatched in our situation. JC was always easy to get in touch with and his ability to negotiate is second to none. We have worked with many realtors over the years. Right from the start JC was disappointing to say the least. He messed up the listing on the MLS and it took us days to get him to correct it. He never came out to place the lockbox on the house but instead asked us to place it unsecured on our porch for showings. But the most upsetting was that before our side even closed, he approved the buyers agent to give the buyers keys to our home (we had already vacated and moved out of state). Not only that but he continued to blame everyone but himself including the title company and the buyers agent, without even as much as an acknowledgment of his wrong or an apology. My husband had to call his broker to get the keys back and inform the buyers we had not yet closed. JC is a nice man but he is not a good agent and he is pompous and stubborn, its his way or its wrong. We were so disappointed in our experience with JC and definitely would not recommend him. 2023
