Craig helped us buy our house and helped us sell it 17 years later. He's knowledgeable about the market and has great negotiation skills. He does whatever it takes to get the job done and make the sale happen. We moved out of state and had some lingering items that needed to be resolved with the town hall to make it happen. He went above and beyond by doing the running around for us and signing on our behalf. Although we dont live in the state anymore, we'd use him again if we did and would (and have) recommend him to anyone. I met Craig four years ago when he was the listing agent for a property i ultimately purchased for investment. The sale was not easy due to it being a short sale with bank and state liens on the property, and the sale would not have taken place but for Craig's perseverance and creativity. After renovations, Craig was the rental agent and found three great tenants. This year, I decided to sell the property.
