BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Kelli made an offer on one of my properties (I am a house flipper and list about 5 houses a month). Kelli wanted to submit an offer on our home but asked for the lead based paint exhibit and seller disclosures. My agent said there is no disclosures since seller never lived in the house and just include the lead based paint exhibit with her offer because we had MULTIPLE offers on this home and were trying to make a decision. (no one told you kelli to send a SIGNED lead base paint exhibit) Kelli was more concerned with being RIGHT than getting her buyers offer in so it would even be considered. I told my agent lets not even wait on Kellis buyers offer since we already had 6 good offers on our home, but my agent is a lot sweeter than me and still sent Kelli the lead based paint exhibit so she would get her offer in before we made a decision. Once we had all the offers my agent is one smart cookie and decided to look at all the agents social media to help us make a decison who to work with since all the offers were similiar so we always want to work with nice profesional agents over other types. When my agent went to Kellis facebook page she was shocked to find a screen shot of a text convo between Kelli and herself with kellis narrative of the situation all protrayed in a way to make Kelli look like the "rightest" agent in the world. YOU CAN EVEN SEE MY AGENTS PHONE NUMBER IN THE SCREENSHOT!! We have left multiple comments on Kellis thread giving the other side of the story and sent email and text and phones calls asking Kelli to take the post down but Kelli only deletes the negative comments and continues to comments on the comments that make her look like the best agent in the world while tearing my new young agent apart. If you are a buyer I'd NEVER use Kelli to represent you. The buyers offer for this house was never even considered due to Kellis post. Since Kelli is such an experienced agent she should know no one wants to work with an agent who is so unpleasant, but Kelli seemed more concerned about being the smartest person in the room than actually getting her buyers offer in. Oh and btw....there were multiple mistakes in Kellis offer too. 2021
