I am glad to write this sincere testament of what Josh Randall did for me during my sale. I wanted to sell my townhouse in Arizona, but I just didnt have time and energy to do a lot of work. Neither could I afford to wait months for the right buyer with the right credit or money to make the deal. I was working full time and taking care of a loved one so I overlooked a key preparation step, he found someone who could help me close that step with ease. Josh found someone that was ready to buy within record time. Then he me with last minute preparations that I had missed prior to the close of sale.
