I felt she had my own interest at heart. She explained a lot of procedures and paperwork which needs to be done when purchasing a house for the last time on my own. She wasnt sure about where my property line ends & starts. Prior to moving into this new house, there were certain areas which needed to be repaired - contract was signed by seller to have this done. This is in regards to the attic fan. It was supposedly fixed by an individual who was hired to do this by seller. The fan lasted about seven days of working , after I moved in the house. It has been broken ever since. There has been some conflict as to when or how it is going to get fixed. Along with who is responsible for paying for the repairs. This is the only frustration Ive had as far as Darcy being my realtor. OK everybodys cool dont worry oh yeah oh I thought maybe you drop certain are you done with your test I can talk to you
