Mel Bernstein is a true professional in his field. He is articulate and knowledgeable on all matters pertaining to real estate business. He knew the entire geographic area where we desired to purchase a property. He listened to our preferences, and accordingly, showed us not only the properties that we had selected online, but also others he thought we might like. He was helpful throughout the entire interaction, from beginning up to signing. We ended up purchasing one of the properties he suggested, and we are satisfied with it.
