AMAZING from day one to day 31. Got a glowing referral from a friend of mine and she did not disappoint. On the first call i made to her she laid down her plans for my home and had the metrics of what a home in my price range would go for and amount of time it would take her to sell the house. It worked. We had nine showings in 2 days, and got more than asking price. We did have a small snafu during the process and she did everything in her power to make sure herself, and my family were protected and that the issue would be dealt with in a timely and affordable manner. She blew my wife away during our first meeting, which was critical for me in the interview process. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and always had out best interest in the forefront.
