Kris was outstanding to work with - my husband and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Our house search originally started in Southeastern CT, and Kris was more than willing to make the drive out to show us homes even though it was a long drive for her (over an hour). Kris was also incredibly knowledgeable when showing us homes; she was able to pick up on discrete positive and negative attributes of a home that we never would have noticed. And when we started looking at homes in Simsbury, Kris had such an intimate knowledge of the region that was a huge advantage to us when it came to making offers and battling through bidding bars. And on that topic... Kris was a huge advocate for us during several bidding wars. Without Kris, I don't think we would have had a successful offer, and we would be renting right now instead of living in our dream home. And finally, Kris really shined during closing. She was able to expertly negotiate with the seller's agent and secure thousands of dollars of closing credits and work on the house as a condition to closing. this is a skilled and experienced team. you can't go wrong using them on the buy or sell side. they know their markets and pricing. in my particular market the other agents from glastonbury(they are even more local) missed the boat on valuations by 20,000 dollars. this was significant because it was my elderly parents home. these two know how to handled the issues that come up and get the lawyer involved if necessary. i give them a 5 star + rating. 2016
