I am writing this review for my mother and father in law. Recently we tried working with Debra Moser on a property for rent in Hagerstown. The day the property was listed we met Debra there and she showed us around and my wife, me, and my wife's parents talked with Debra for over an hour about the property and Debra was insisting shes going to speak to the owner and say the property is there's and that no need to stress that "she found someone" to rent the property. We filled out the application and brought it back later the same night because she reccomended to do so. Remind you they are in there late 50's-60's and disabled (legitimately). Income isn't a issue. Days go by, ignored calls, Debra kept putting us off for day after day and soon turned to almost two weeks and then she said she was going to meet with the owner and it's been 5 days since and she has ignored all calls and messages from us. I don't like writing negative reviews but for someone who holds them self high, i wouldn't expect them to s crew over a elderly disabled couple trying to find a home to settle down in. It's quite distasteful. Overall I am incredibly dissapointed. My wife and I definitely will not be working with her to get a home after this and we wouldn't reccomend her as a realtor to anyone else.
