Sarah was a great help in finding a lovely house for us in the Teton Valley. During the purchasing process we were not in the area, so we had to rely on Sarah to be there for us. She kept us informed throughout the process, sent pictures, and face timed with us when needed. Sarah did a great job and we are happy with our new home! She is great negotiator and knowledgeable about the area and the local housing market. Sarah is an important person in our family. Without her guidance and vision, I don't think we would be in the home of our dreams in the community of our dreams. Sarah treated us like we were her most important clients even though our starter home might be considered small potatoes on the Teton Valley real estate plate. Sarah was able to clearly and thoroughly walk us through our first home purchase. She was able to lay out the facts and pros and cons for us on several homes we saw with her. She was able to sincerely answer every single question we could come up with. She worked hard in the worst economic downturn of my adult life and she got my family in our own home for the first time ever. It's difficult to put in words how grateful I am for her professionalism with us and her competent negotiating skills with all the different entities it takes working in cooperation in order for two ski bums turned parents to buy their first home.
