We were previously working with 2 different agents and were struggling with finding a Vacation home and were close to giving up on this dream - at least for the foreseeable future. We gave Eric a list of what it was that we were looking for. Eric was the perfect mediator between the sellers and us as we quickly came to an agreement on the asking price of the home. We are beyond satisfied with the Home and property that we purchased!

I was also right in assuming it was going to take a lot of out-of-the-box thinking to sell the property. The contract contained so many contingencies and flaming hoops to jump through that it would have made a trained circus animal dizzy.
Im firmly convinced that no other local real estate broker could have successfully closed a sale like this. While every member of the Wiese team is an expert in his or her particular role, Id like to make special mention of Alex Roup. Hes responsible for handling the agencys most complex deals. His creative problem solving was instrumental in making the closing happen on time.
I have only the highest praise for the entire Wiese team. If they could get such a difficult property to sell, imagine what they could do with an easy one.
