We have known Ann for many years and as a result know of her honesty and integrity ( and her expertise as a broker ). Her honesty and trustworthiness were essential in choosing her as our agent.The property for sale was unique in that it was designed as a single family house on the outside but was designed to be an open wood working shop on the first floor and a four room apartment on the second floor. As a result marketing was tricky and accuracy in description of the property was important.
While Ann is a good friend the above evaluation is accurate. In particular Ann's patience and professionalism was essential to the sale due to the uniqueness of the building and the needs of the buyer.
Ann's unfailing cheerfulness was greatly appreciated.

Dealing with MANY things with this house was a battle but she did an amazing job so it was possible for us to buy this house!
