It all started two years ago. My aunt was sick and we my uncle was in financial trouble and we needed to sell the home asap. As an agent myself I did a lot of research prior to reaching out to Brian and found him to be well qualified. From day one he answered his phone, was professional, and prompt in his dealings with us. He listed the home asap, hired a photographer and got the property under contract. This is where it gets sticky. My aunt passed before we could close. We pulled the property off the market, and had to deal with probate court in SC. Brian regularly checked in, but more importantly he helped us through it. He referred us to people, attorneys, helped us when we needed deeds and documents.
Now I don't know if you've ever had to deal with probate court or not, but let me tell you please God avoid it like the plague. LOL.I look 20 years older and have to see a stylist to get my grays covered regularly now. 1.5 years later, and about 15 pounds heavier, I relisted with Brian and his amazing team. He got us multiple offers, and $15-$20k more just one year later. When I say as an agent that this deal was the deal from hell, it's an understatement. LOL. The buyers agent was all over the place, the lender couldn't get it together, and we had ultimately decided that God himself had decided this property wasn't going to close... Brian, and his team of lovely staff, Ashley and Lynn to be specific, fought for us, represented us to the fullest, and got us to a close. Though it was a tough two years, and we experienced so much loss and unhappiness, Brian and his team brought this deal to a close in the most professional manner possible.
