Sandra Quinn is the reason why we chose BHHS PenFed Realty Frederick. We worked with Sandra when we purchased our condo in Urbana in 2015. We met her by chance at an open house in another town; we were new to Frederick, and she took the time to listen to us, understand exactly what we needed, and drew on her expertise of the area to recommended a search in Urbana. She had set up an alert and let us know immediately when our perfectly suited condo came on the market. When we chose to sell our condo this year (2023), Sandra was THE ONLY choice that we would consider.
Sandra sold our condo in less than 48 hours!! She sifted through multiple offers, brought them all before us so that we can see each in clear detail. The sale was so fast that we did not even have a chance to put out a yard sign, nor did we need an open house!
Professionalism and expertise is something that seems natural to Sandra. The way she breaks down complicated and (at times) overwhelming information for the buyer or seller is just incredible. I never had the impression that Sandra was rushing me or brushing me off; she consistently made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she is highly sought-after!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandra, especially since we have now worked with her as both buyer and seller. She is patient. She is kind and thoughtful. She is clear in verbal and written communications, which greatly helped us understand the process every step of the way. She is immediately accessible and highly responsive. She always is the expert "in your corner" and always, truly, has your best interests in mind.
It is so hard to sum Sandra up in words. The only way that I can summarize who Sandra is as a person is that she approaches everything with passion, love, and authenticity. She is the type of person who you would entrust to care for your elderly grandmother or newborn child...that is just who she is. She does not pull the wool over your eyes or just tell you want you want to hear. She is simply one of the kindest, most professional humans on this planet.
