I worked with Brett and Karlee for several months, mostly with Karlee. She listened to what I was looking for and let me know each time something came up that I might be interested in. I live out of state, and was not always able to view the house, Karlee took many videos of walk throughs for me. It took time to find the right place for the right price in the right location. We found the perfect place for us. Karlee was patient with me, and wanted to me to be happy. She is knowledgable of the housing market in Charlevoix and stays on top of what is available. She is a delight to work with.
