Crystal was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us to locate a perfect home, even when other Realtors told us it was impossible in our price range. She knew exactly what the loan requirements would be and prepared us for what the costs might be. She did not judge us or tell us that we couldn't dream. She was able to find us a home that was better than we imagined, for a better price than we had expected. We had really bad experiences with other Realtors up here on the mountain but Crystal helped us through when we had almost given up. She was quick in her responses and paperwork. She did such a good job that we had beat out better offers than ours on a house that went up for sale for one day.

Three words : Look No Further! Crystal is the best Agent we've ever worked with - bar none. Her extensive knowledge, professionalism, extreme work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients is astounding.
After several attempts to work with other local Agents, Crystal was quite frankly a breath of fresh air. Having asked other Agents to inquire into a particular community (& hearing excuses for weeks) Crystal did it the 1st day we contacted her! We were so impressed, we had her list our lot - and she sold it - in record time!
She is now showing (us) properties - and there is not enough space to fill all the extra ways she has put in the time and effort to ensure we find what we are looking for. Any Agent willing to hurdle a gate in full skirt and heels in order to reach the lock box to show you a home you asked to see - is pretty impressive in our book!
Communication was a huge priority for us. Not only does she go above and beyond to respond, and answer questions - I have personally witnessed her track down 4-5 people to get the answer needed. Her advice and key insight (being a long time resident) has proven invaluable when evaluating multiple communities.
Bottom line - Crystal is the best. Period. We will never hire another Realtor, and have shared this with everyone we know.
