Kim and Dave sold my house in Scottsdale, near Fountain Hills in December of 2020. This is my honest, truthful review.
Kim and Dave are the two finest real estate professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 58 years of living. They are simply amazing. I've sold 7 homes in my lifetime and over the years have been consistently disappointed in the agents I have hired. Most of them only cared about the commission and seemed to have a genuine dislike for everyone involved in the transaction.
Not, so with Kim and Dave. They really are different than the run of the mill agent. They never gave up and just kept working hard for me, looking for that one buyer would would appreciate what our home had to offer.
I really felt like I was Kim and Daves only client, even though you can see by their reviews, they have so many it's hard to count.
Their skill level is a 10 (Kim knows the fine details inside out) ... their ability to understand their clients needs is a 10 ... attention to detail is a 10 (Kim and Dave did not make a single mistake or error) and negotiating skills a 10 (best negotiating team ever).
And fair negotiators ... making sure both sides got what they want and needed. I think that's important, because if you take short cuts and don't make sure everyone is happy, your deal is prone to collapse at the worst possible moment.
I would never even consider using another agent or team of agents. If I moved to the Alaska, I would ask Kim to get licensed their so she could handle the transaction for me.
The highest recommendation possible. There is no way you would be disappointed with Kim and Dave. The only reason someone in Scottsdale would hire someone else is that they weren't lucky enough to read all these truthful reviews. 2020
We were first time home buyers and were pretty new to the entire home buying process. We had started working with one realtor but still felt lost after weeks of searching. Ultimately, that paired with communication issues led us to try and find someone who we felt wanted to guide us instead of treating us like an inconvenience. I met Dave & Kim at a business mixer over the summer and quickly realized when it was time to move to Scottsdale, we'd be calling them.
That first impression was a great indicator of how they do business.
Fun, factual, and with the right "feel" which matters in this business.
They took the time to notice pluses and minuses of each property we viewed after carefully analyzing our likes and dislikes.
Finally, they went to bat for us when it was time to negotiate!
One other aside ...
I've looked at their last few listings and noticed something I know about them. Attention to detail. The photos are immaculate. Their listings are professional.

Kim goes above and beyond what you would expect out of a real estate agent. She sets the bar so high I don't know how I'll move from Arizona because no one is going to meet the level of service she provides to place me anywhere else. Not to mention she found my dream house for me - without me even having to go into it. Yes - you read that right. Kim spent ONE DAY with me and a few phone calls getting to know my likes/dislikes/favorite features/desired budget and areas and she found a house for me without me needing to go in it to move forward on it. n nThat. Is the level of trust. You can place. In Kim. n nShe gets it right. She gets it so right it goes beyond what you thought. She found my place, got me moved in and saved a secret surprise for me when I made it into the house (my bathroom is beautiful!!). Kim was wonderful helping me find a rental property in Scottsdale. Having moved from the East Coast and not knowing the area, I felt like I could trust her completely. We've been here for almost 2 months now and we love our area! She did a great job helping negotiate the contract and was there through the whole process. Kim and her team are fantastic!! This was my first time buying a home, and I was EXTREMELY stressed and unsure what I was doing. Kim was so sweet and helpful through the entire process and beyond! Even when she was out of town, she was still keeping on top of everything for me. She was literally my counselor as I sobbed about broken faucets and ugly paint colors...it got bad on my end. But Kim was there for it all and got me from point A to point B alive and well and now I have a house of my own! She coached me through everything and gave me advice when I needed it, always keeping my end goals in mind. My wife and I worked with Kim Panozzo and her team this spring to buy our first home.
