I think Lori Neigbors is GREAT and would not hesitate to use her again. I worked with 3 other realtors before I found Lori and she did an excellent job selling my house. I appreciate that when I received several low offers that she did not try to pressure me into trying to come close to their price. I appreciate that she didn't constantly suggest that I lower my price like my previous realtors seemed to like to do. And then when I finally did receive a workable offer she was good at helping me through the negotiation and working with the other realtor. And we had a quick close which required her to stay in constant contact with the new buyers which she did. In the end, I sold the house for what I felt was a fair price and what I wanted. And the added plus was my selling costs were less as she offers a discount brokerage fee. The next time I buy or sell in St. Augustine or St. John's County I will not hesitate to use Lori Neighbors as I found her to be knowlegable, responsive and professional and 5 stars!
