Bob has wonderful connections, and was able to help us connect with the right people for a few small repairs that came up in inspection, and he guided us through the entire process smoothly and easily and in a way we understood. Bob and his team also went above and beyond our week of closing, as my father unexpectedly passed away, and Bob worked with the title company to ensure I could still sign what I needed to, while allowing me to return home as quickly as possible. It is easy to give a 5-star rating too someone like Bob, because he truly earned it, and I would not only work with him again - I would also wholeheartedly endorse him for anyone trying to determine what realtor was right for them.
