We found Lisa when she showed us a house on Carney Rd. She was honest, truthful, polite and nice. Even though we did not want that house we wanted Lisa as our buyer agent. We were looking for our retirement home and acreage. We come from the outskirts of Wayne County, but knew we wanted to retire up north. She even drove to Gaylord when a seller agent did not want to deal with us if we were not going to use him for buying and selling agent. I do accounting and found that method of being both agents as conflicting. She stayed on top of everything. She worked well with everyone even picking up the slack the seller agent dropped. She stayed by our side, even waiting in a cold parking lot for us to close, until the deal was complete. She dealt with the surveyor for the split, followed up on closing after the seller agent dropped so many things. I thank you Lisa you made our deal complete.
