We worked with Melanie Johnston in Scottsdale Arizona to sell my grandparents home so they could move into assisted living. Melanie made a difficult situation seamless. She went above and beyond for them. She met with shipping people to clean out the house, donation people to pick up items that were no longer wanted. When the pond stopped working she called a repair person and got it fixed within a few days. She came to them to sign all the documents. Melanie always goes above and beyond the duties of a typical realtor. It doesn't matter if it's day or night she drops what she's doing to go look at properties, take calls, write up offers.
