Would highly recommend Richard. He went above and beyond to help us not only work with the bank for financing but being there on a moments notice to go look at houses. Literally we called and talked to him before even having financing and he got us in touch with the right people/ worked with us to get the financing and find homes. Very friendly and all around good guy. I never had a realtor before and was Leary of some person who doesn't care and just wants to get a commission, but as hard as I looked Richard never once came off this way. He totally WOW'd us and never once got a bad feeling/ vibe from him. This was our first house and will only work with Richard going forward.
