Brian was a last minute replacement for a realtor who would not add a particular clause to our agreement of sale due to some issues we were having on the buying side so we had to find a new realtor. Brian came highly recommended buy a friend of my cousins who is a real estate agent. We reached out to Brian and explain our situation and he was more than willing to do what we needed for the agreement of sale. We had also already had an offer accepted on a house so we needed to move quickly to get our house up on the market. Within only a few days Brian had come out, looked at the house, gave us his comps, got photographs done and had the house up on the market. Within a week of the house being on the market we had gotten several offers. Brian was patient and reviewing each and every offer with us and answering any questions. Once we accepted the offer Brian worked non-stop to make sure our sale date and buy date coincided and that all compromises and agreements between us as the seller and the buyer or handled in a timely manner. After the inspection, there were a few things that needed to be done to our house at the buyer's request. Brian contacted all necessary parties and had all worked on within a matter of days. He constantly kept us updated on what was going on. He also assisted a lot with the house we were buying even though he was not our buyer's agent because we were having a lot of issues. He went above and beyond several times. He was always available to take phone calls and answer questions and was always there when we needed advice. We had to change settlement a couple of times but Brian was able to make the times work and make sure that we settled on the house we were selling in time to have the money for the house we were buying.
